Features
Scheduled & recurring tasks
Set up a task once and it runs on schedule — no reminders, no babysitting.
What you can ask
Tell Deputy what to do and when to do it. Examples:
- →"Every Monday at 8am, send me a summary of my week ahead."
- →"Every Friday afternoon, text me a brief on what I accomplished this week."
- →"On the 1st of every month, remind me to review my invoices."
- →"In 10 days, remind me to follow up with the team about the proposal status."
- →"Every weekday morning, send me the top 3 things I need to handle today."
- →"Two weeks before the end of every quarter, remind me to review my goals."
How it works
Deputy runs in the cloud 24/7. Scheduled tasks execute even when your phone is off, you're traveling, or you're asleep. When the task runs, Deputy texts you with the result — a summary, a draft, an alert, or whatever you asked for.
You don't need to be online to receive it when it runs. The result will be waiting when you check your messages.
One-time vs. recurring
One-time tasks run once at a specific time. Use these for delayed reminders, future follow-ups, or anything that should happen once.
Recurring tasks run on a repeating schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom pattern. They continue running until you cancel them.
To cancel a recurring task, just text Deputy: "Stop the Monday morning digest" or "Cancel all my scheduled reminders about the Johnson account." Deputy will confirm before cancelling.
