Features
Lead follow-up automation
Keep your pipeline moving without manually tracking every contact.
What you can ask
Tell Deputy about a lead and what you want to happen next. Examples:
- →"Follow up with Jordan in 3 days if I haven't heard back."
- →"Set up a 3-touch follow-up sequence for the leads from last week's event."
- →"Alert me if I haven't followed up with any open proposal in more than 5 days."
- →"Draft a re-engagement email for clients I haven't spoken to in 90 days."
- →"Send me a weekly list of leads who've gone quiet."
How it works
You describe your follow-up rules in plain language and Deputy handles the tracking. It knows who you've told it about, when you last interacted, and what the next step should be.
When a follow-up is due, Deputy texts you with a draft or an alert. The drafts are written in your voice, using your preferred tone — informed by persistent memory. You review, copy, and send. No CRM required.
Building a sequence
You can set up a multi-touch follow-up sequence with a single message. For example:
"Set up a follow-up sequence for new leads. Day 1: intro email. Day 4: follow-up if no reply. Day 10: final check-in, softer tone. After that, flag them as cold."
Deputy will create the sequence, draft each message when it's time, and text you to review before anything goes out. You stay in control — Deputy just makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
