How to check your balance
There are two ways to see your current balance — ask your agent over text or email, or check the dashboard.
Option 1: Ask your agent
The quickest way to check your balance is to just ask Deputy directly — over text or email. You don't need to log in anywhere — send a message like:
- →"What's my balance?"
- →"How much credit do I have left?"
- →"Check my account balance."
Deputy will reply with your current balance. Since Deputy runs in the cloud and is reachable over both SMS and email 24/7, you can check anytime — even if you're away from your computer.
Option 2: View it on the dashboard
You can also check your balance by logging into the Deputy dashboard:
- 1Go to app.deputy.cloud
- 2Open the Dashboard
- 3Your current balance is shown in the Balance section
The dashboard also shows your recent usage history, so you can see exactly what each task cost and how your balance has changed over time.
Running low?
If your balance is low, you can top it up directly from the same Balance section on the dashboard (app.deputy.cloud). Deputy will also let you know over text if your balance drops below a certain threshold — so you're never caught off guard mid-task.
